Responsibilities
Play a key role in the daily management of OneStream applications supporting Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). Provide essential assistance in troubleshooting both functional and technical issues to ensure seamless user experience. Contribute to the creation of clear documentation, user training materials, and actively engage in projects driving continuous improvement and innovation. Collaborate with internal teams and users to gather insights and transform requirements into effective, functional solutions. Assist in configuring and customizing the OneStream platform to meet evolving business needs, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong interest and foundational understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and key business processes such as financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in both English and Italian. Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident management, change management) is a plus. Our culture
