**Bachelors or Masters degree** with an above-average grade.
**First relevant experience** in procurement, supply chain management, operations or consulting.
Ability to **think analytically**, be **flexible with mobility**, have **enthusiasm for new tasks** and gain pleasure from **performance-driven work**.
