Associate Application Engineer

Job Description We are looking for a young engineer to join our Catania office full time or part time (if that is preferred).
A new graduate showing interest in power electronics.
Passionate in power converters and enthusiast to learn more about the newest technologies in the field of power conversion.
Open mind and constructive approach to problem solving and able to propose and develop innovative solutions.
Open to work in a competitive environment, sharing his contributions.
Proud to give his apport to the team, aiming to the future common target with constructive and optimistic approach.
The candidate will be part of a community of fully experienced engineers involved in high technology, state of the art, power conversion new devices development.
His contribution to the evaluation of new products, prototype board design and development, technical documentation (articles and application notes), test procedure using last AI technology will give him the opportunity to work in an exciting environment with daily challenge that will be source of satisfactions and career opportunities.
Qualifications Base knowledge in analog and digital electronic circuit design, with competence in power electronics.
Required base knowledge of power converters main DC/DC converter topologies, working principles, control and modulation strategy.
Good to have: C/C++ and /or Python language basic programming capability.
Electronic Cad and software simulators.
