The Role- 1-3 years PQE gained in an administrative law team or in a project finance and infrastructure department of a law firm- Assisting and advising on administrative law and real estate aspects on energy projects (e.g.
photovoltaic, wind, biomass, energy efficiency, gas etc.
), infrastructures (e.g.
highways, ports, hospitals) and leisure projects (e.g.
hotels, shopping centres)- Advising on the development, acquisition and financing of renewable energy and infrastructure projects both in Italy and abroad- Working on a range of specialist matters involving permitting, town-planning, environment and public procurement- Assist with business development and marketing initiatives including keeping up to date with recent court decisions and market intelligence for the energy & infrastructure industry
He/she would be energetic, driven and focused individual.
Fluency in English is a must.
