Assistant Work Supervisor (Perugia)

F&M Ingegneria is looking for a professional for the position of Assistant Work Supervisor to join the staff of a construction site located in the province of Perugia, with availability starting from September 2024 and until the works are completed (estimated duration of the works: 3 years).The professional will conduct the following activities:Assistance to the construction manager; technical supervision during the works and control of the construction components;Verification and control of the regular execution of the works; verification of construction drawings;Convocation of construction site meetings with order of business, drafting of construction site minutes;Management of the online program for management/approval of documents;Assistance in the execution of tests, participation in site meetings, assistance in testing visits;Accounting and drafting of the work log.The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:Degree in architecture or engineering;A minimum of 3/4 years of experience on construction sites;Good or fluent knowledge of the English language;Ability to multitask, manage any critical issues, ability to work in a team;Residence in the province of Perugia or nearby;This announcement is addressed to both sexes, people of all ages and nationalities.
