Maintain store processes and rules to ensure a seamless shopping experience by leading team and replenishment. Professional handling of difficult interpersonal situations within the store team. Understanding store´s needs and acting accordingly. KPIs background and understanding. Strong analysis skills to maximize store´s profitability. Goal and process orientated. Advanced in English.
