The role involves carrying out the following activities and responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store to ensure that assigned store productivity, sales, and profitability goals are achieved and exceeded.
Contribute to the achievement of sales, profit targets, corporate, and individual productivity goals, in order to maximize customer conversion and add-on selling results by close monitoring of KPI performance.
Ensure the store has the highest level of standards around presentation, cleanliness, staff appearance, and customer service.
Assist the Store Manager in ensuring that all staff possess excellent product knowledge and are regularly trained on new products.
Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and retain talented employees.
Drive the digital experience in-store.
Hold a good understanding of the business and effectively communicate needs and ideas to bring the business to the next level.
Create and maintain an open, positive, and harmonious work environment.
Be personally an ambassador of the HUGO BOSS values.
Minimum Requirements: Demonstrated success gained as an Assistant Manager/Supervisor in a premium/luxury brand for at least 2-3 years.
Previous experience in managing a team by leading, motivating, training, and developing through active management.
Previous experience in managing KPI performance.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with senior members of staff.
You are an experienced MS Office user.
