Responsibilities: Provide personalized, attentive service to each customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience that reflects the brand's values.Develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships with customers.Assist the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide performance goals.Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving and processing new stock, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring accurate product availability.Assist the Store Manager in analyzing sales performance and customer feedback.Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in premium fashion retail.Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.Energetic, confident, and with a target-driven attitude.Excellent in providing customer service.Strong proficiency in the English language.Offering: Salary €30,000 annual basic salary based on experience.Permanent contract.MBO + Uniform.
