For the next season, we are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our Restaurant Manager in all daily activities.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/she should have exemplary customer service skills.
He/She will Report to the Restaurant Manager
Main duties & responsibilities:
Our Assistant Restaurant Manager will:
Oversee and support the operations in the restaurant to ensure an enjoyable dining experience Manage opening and closing of the restaurant Respond to customer needs and question Manage inventory operations Plan in conjunction with the Restaurant Managers all the activities and menu implementations Ensure that health and safety regulation are respected Lead and train the restaurant personnel in order to create a collaborative and efficient environment Strong organizational skills At least 2 years of experience in similar roles Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Strong knowledge of English language, other languages will be considered a plus Able to manage stressful situations HACCP Certification Other Requirements: Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
