Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing customer service, communicating effectively, and managing food and beverage operations on a daily basis.
Requirements: Preferably at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position in an upper upscale hotel.
Proven management experience.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
High leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team and achieve a high level of performance and quality.
Ability to manage conflict/resolution.
Be flexible with work schedule.
Required languages: Italian, English.
Responsibilities: Manage daily operations in cooperation with the Restaurant Manager.
Food & Beverage operations expertise.
Customer satisfaction and customer service skills.
Manage cost controls.
Supervise policy and procedures implementation.
Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.
Plan and manage day-to-day operations of the Restaurant Department.
Be environmentally aware.
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
