Job Description:
The Assistant Relationship Manager Corporate Clients assists the Relationship Managers ("RM") of Corporate Sector Coverage team ("CSC") in dealing with all daily workload related to management of existing Clients and scouting new prospects in relevant sectors and supporting the potential new onboarding.Specific tasks and skills are required to efficiently comply with the position including the following:
handling together with KYC Milan Outreach team and CDD analyst any issue related to KYC/CDD process for each client;developing local relationship with Italian clients and helping International Desk (LAM) across ING network for administrative and business matters including drafting business rational and providing information at Parent company level;drafting pitches for existing clients and new prospects presentation (i.e.
searching financial and industry information, preparing preliminary short financial analysis and sector snapshot; opening GRID);using and mastering bank tools for commercial and administrative activities through operating platform for management (Salesforce, Vantage, OBIEE, SaySo, Kyko, etc.
);working out pricing simulations through the relevant system procedure (PricIng) for new deal together with the relevant product team, calculating also RSC;keeping updated any relevant document/tool related to the commercial strategy andactivity including call reports, meetings, new business opportunities in operating system (Salesforce) and supporting annual renewal of clients (i.e.
PCRA Report);Drafting business proposals (Greenlight - format) and uploading all necessary documents for the submission of proposals to the relevant Sector Greenlight Committee and Senior Greenlight Committee.
Drawing up minutes from Sector Greenlight Committee outcome and share Greenlight members final decision with the involved product department/s;Monitoring the Corporate Sector Coverage data quality in the relevant system procedure (Vantage, OBIEE and Salesforce - amongst others GRID industry code, customer segmentation code, PAM-LAM, CDD risk level, FATCA/CRS status, ESR updated, monthly review of client's revenues/RWA, etc.
);When required supporting RM in drawing up and delivering reports and information to the relevant industry Sector;Supporting Head of CSC Italy and/ or Head of WB Italy with gathering data and preparing marketing/management reporting/overviews and presentations.RequirementsGood university track recordKnowledge of financial analysisHigh level of analytical skillFluent English and good knowledge of another languageAdvanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skillsSoft SkillsMotivated, determined and results focusedGood communicatorAble to deal with a flexible working environmentDuration:
