Your role:
Support Team Management in daily activities, managing and monitoringconstantly appointments and timelines.
Company and Team events/calls organization and facilitation from alocal and international point of view.
Support congress and events approval process and speaker agreementactivities.
Prepare important documents for reports, meetings and memos.
Interface with Zone Team Assistant Team.
Your expertise:
Consolidate experience in the same role in an international environment.
Fluent in English and Italian, other languages would be a plus.
Excellent knowledge of the full Microsoft Office 365 package includingtraditional apps (like Excel, Power Point) and new apps (like Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
High discretion and social intelligence.
High organization and pianification capabilities.
High communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Fast problem-solving abilities.
Good team player and respectful of diversity.
Accuracy in the use of the company procedures provided for the activity.
Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
