To further expand our Office in Bolzano (IT) and to strengthen our team we are looking for a Assistant International Sales (m/w/D) FULL TIME Your tasks: Being the contact person of selected international distributors of the brand Overtaking daily communication and supporting the distributors when it comes to sales and supply chain topics Processing sales and purchase orders of the respective countries Processing purchase orders for our EU warehouses Following-up payments and deliveries Preparing presentations, offers, meetings Preparing statistics, price lists, reports Organizing our showroom and supervising our sample collections Answering requests from end consumers, dealers, or distributors Requirements: Bachelor or Master degree in Administration, International Business, Sport Management or similar Fluent in English, written and spoken (any other language is a plus) Affinity for numbers Good knowledge in Excel is a plus Experience with an ERP system (ideally MS Dynamics Nav) is a plus AT REUSCH YOU FIND: A both exciting and demanding position in the sports goods industry Adaption and extension of your job description according to your strengths and skills Space for individual initiative and development Flat organization structure; Fast decision process A sportive environment with a motivated, young and dynamic team Common team activities Several Company benefits So get close to the action and become part of our South Tyrolean office!
