Accountable for maintaining the building and grounds with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection.
Assigns, tracks and follows up on status of work assigned to staff and contractors.
Helps to increase guest and employee satisfaction through effective communications and training.What will you do:Assist in the hiring, training, supervision, scheduling, counseling, and evaluation of performance and planning the activities of maintenance staff including making spot checks daily.Supervises distribution of repair work ordersMaintain logs on movement of stock items and tools and monitor distribution of items.Monitors timeliness and quality of completion of repair work ordersEnsure proper execution of work order/request system and that items are followed up on when necessaryHelps train employees in safety procedures.What you bring:High school education or equivalent experience Technical school in mechanics, refrigeration etc.Experience required by position is from two to three years of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organization.Requires a working technical knowledge of general building maintenance.
Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job or through a series of professional certifications.Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment.
