Swim in our clifftop infinity pool, stroll in magnificent Italian gardens, soak in the history, savour Michelin-starred dining and escape into a Four Seasons world of timeless beauty.About the role:This role reports to the Director of People and Culture and you will oversee the day-to-day running of the People and Culture function, assisting in leading the People and Culture strategy with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development activities, being directly involved in new employee orientation, ethics & safety and leadership training delivery.What will you do:Championing top talent and actively supporting succession planning.Supporting the hotel as a Business Partner.Defining and communicating People & Culture vision and roles consistent with helping the organization to implement strategies which attain overall goals and objectives.Supporting and driving Corporate People and Culture initiatives.Supporting top talents in defining their development path as internal consultant and expert in L&D area.Managing the financials of the budget, with a focus on L&D and training impact within our property.Actively supporting recruitment, selection and onboarding requirements.Conducting regular audits of People and Culture records.What you bring:3-5 years of experience as a People & Culture Manager or above, preferably with Four Seasons or another luxury Hospitality brand.Solid experience in People & Culture Leadership and Strategy, Employee Relations and Engagement and Talent Acquisition.Strong working knowledge of Italian labor law, Workday HRIS and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.Experience in dealing with unions.Fluent in English and Italian, both verbal and written.What we offer:Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package.Excellent Training and Development opportunities.Meals available at our Employee Restaurant.Laundry service for work clothes.Employee Experience initiatives: from annual themed employee party to many ESG events throughout the year.Employee Recognition Programs.Opportunities to build a successful career with global potential.Schedule & Hours:This is a full-time position.You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
