Oversee and manage all operations and matters related to the Finance department.Develop and manage key relationships with respective division heads and senior managers to provide financial support and understanding of short and long-term financial plans.Monitor budgetary and key performance indicator movements.Ensure to liaise with the company auditors and regulators.Responsible for all financial and accounting functions of the organization.Ensure effective implementation of all Materials Policies & Procedures following local legislation, whilst maintaining Accor Standards in Materials Management.Lead in the development and implementation of benchmarking techniques that will enable the divisions at the hotel to enhance revenues while improving productivity and cost efficiencies.Promote, drive and maximize the GOP Theoretical Flow Through concept at the hotel.Manage the development of accounting admissions, credit/collections and internal control policies.Ensure all statutory compliances, permissions and licenses are in place and renewed in time.Supervise the functioning of the Procurement department. Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting leadership, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree a plus.
