Candidates should have a Master Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, perfect knowledge of Office and Autocad and at least 3 years of experience in the role.
The use of Project/PriMus/Primavera software and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) will be a plus.ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARYWe are currently looking for a part-time administrative secretary that will have the following duties: management of invoicing and purchases, process and file documents, handle correspondence, book travel arrangements.
Candidates should have education compatible with the role and knowledge of office management systems and procedures, as well as proven experience.
