Assistant Compliance Monitoring Manager And Flight Ops

TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
Familiarity with Flight Ops for Flight Dispatch, Navigation & Performance; Assist Flight Ops as EFB Administration; Assist in development and implementation of the Annual Compliance Monitoring Plan to conform to established standards; Verify that rules and procedures are clearly defined and followed by the different departments; Follow the legal requirements when preparing and making the Annual Compliance Monitoring Plan; Make every effort to enhance the awareness of compliance amongst the company staff; Follow the company manual and the MSM and support the management regarding their individual responsibility for the implementation of the Cargolux Italia compliance concept, in accordance with regulatory and company requirements. Identify and record any concerns or findings, and the evidence necessary to substantiate such concerns or findings; Ensure the efficient implementation of the corrective actions taken; Follow up on all non-compliance detected during audits/inspections; Manage regulation's compliance check-list; Check company manuals as per reporting manager's instructions; Familiarity with compliance/quality working environment; Assist safety and Flight Ops department. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

High School Degree; Basic Knowledge of operational matters; Knowledge of the applicable regulations; Knowledge of Cargolux Italia procedures and processes; Knowledge of the English language (written and spoken); Good communication skills. WORKING CONDITIONS:
