Assistant Buyer

We are currently looking for an Assistant Buyer to join our Buying team ( Beauty Department ) in Brugherio (Monza).

**Main Activities**
- to assist the vendor onboarding process by providing to the potential vendors all necessary information on QVC and its business model;
- to manage and keep updated all information on vendors including company profile, logo, positioning, contact person, Guest, etc.

- data entry activities in QVC management system (SCOT)
- to communicate information on the agreed product purchase characteristics for the order process;
- to manage samples used in Buying team from their reception to the return;
- to provide to the business information of the Guest availability and keep the vendor informed on any changes to the PAL;
- to support Buyer with reports and presentations.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Economy or equivalent
- English: Fluent
- Excellent Knowledge of Excel
