**Duties**:
- Works under general supervision of the bowling manager.
As an Assistant Manager of a bowling center.
Manages a bowling or family-entertainment bowling facility.
Organizes, develops, implements and reviews programming, promotions, and special events
- Manages personnel who maintain and repair a variety of bowling equipment having mechanical, electrical and electronic parts.
Determines which mechanical assemblies are malfunctioning and decides which should be replaced with new parts.
- Diagnoses equipment malfunctions, and refers to manufacturer's diagrams and specifications, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Uses test equipment such as continuity testers, voltmeters, ohmmeters and feeler gages.
- Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures.
Represents the activity to the public.
Supervises assigned staff.
Reviews and evaluates the actions of subordinate employees.
- Responsible for employee and customer safety and OSHA compliance.
Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment.
Evaluates financial statements, reviewing costs against revenues, advising supervisor of status and recommending improvements.

**Qualifications**:
- 1.
Work experience managing, directing or assisting in the management of a revenue generating business activity
- 2.
Knowledge of bowling equipment electrical and mechanical components assembly, diagnostic procedures and the use of diagnostic procedures.
- 3.
Must possess a basic knowledge of bowling.
- Highly Preferred Criteria:
- 1.
Experience with Brunswick automatic pinsetters; routine maintenance and diagnostic knowledge
- 2.
Experience with Health, Safety & Fire regulations (OSHA regulations, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Safety Data Sheets (SDS) etc.
)
- 3.
NAF Internal Control experience with Key Control, Inventory, and DPW Maintenance Work Order system

**Pay-Band Allowances and Differential**s
- Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
