**Who we are**:
Founded in Spring 2021 in Italy, Neulabs has a mission: to build a new consumer goods platform by acquiring and scaling winning brands.
At Neulabs we allocate a lot of resources to the companies we acquire, including brand managers, SEO experts, PPC experts, visual designers, graphic designers, supply chain experts, etc.

We put our roots in Milan, a major hub for startups, innovation and finance.

**Who you are**:
You have gained 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in management consulting or in a fast-growing startup.
You are structured, can set priorities and deliver on them, while also relying on your analytical mindset to make quick decisions.
You enjoy working in a matrix environment, partnering with other functions like marketing, sales, product management and tech team.
You are able to quickly move from strategy to execution and don't mind getting your hands dirty.
**What you will do**:
- Brand Manager's Right Hand, in all Business Management and Growth activities
- Understand the market trends, listen to the customers' needs to implement actions
- Create brand omnichannel campaigns and monitor KPI
- Analyze and optimize business metrics, including conversions and AOV
- Help drawing the tactical and strategic roadmaps to scale the business
- Work cross functionally with central teams to leverage on their expertise
