**Location**:we provide a hybrid model (head quarter office located in Turin)
**About You**
Marketing Activator is brand manager's right-hand person.
He/she supports the marketing brand managers in implementing all BTL activation plans, and digital activities/initiatives (both Family Care and Baby & Child Care categories).
You will report to Marketing Team Leader and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).
**Your Key Accountability**
- Support in the execution of annual marketing plan with specific focus on:
- POS material and consumer gifts: manage the full process from the agency selection to the delivery of the material, working with procurement and respective BM
- Consumer contest: manage the full process from the agency selection to the end of the contest, working with internal IT department, procurement, and BM
- Trade leaflet artwork: manage sales request for online and off-line trade leaflet with ad hoc artwork, working with external artwork agency
- Web site & Amazon product & content pages update
- Support BM in new product/artwork re-fresh internal process
- Key Merchandisers point of contact for: POS material, planogram, Quarterly TGT definition together with brand managers and DPSM leader
- Cultivate close collaborative relationships with BM, sales, and category managers to ensure the implementations of the plans
- Manage relationships with agency networks (BTL, POS Development, Digital, etc.
)
**What we need from You**
- Minimum Bachelor level, preferred in economics or business administration or similar
- Previous experience in Marketing (1 or 2 years), preferably in FMCG industry
- Fluent in Italian **and English, mandatory**:
- Ability to build relationship across multifunctional areas
- Communication and digital skills
- Problem solving and analytical skill
