As we're putting our hearts and souls into the future of food, we'll be looking at you to support marketing projects to deliver company growth and unlock the capacity and capabilities of our beloved brand Pringles.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Execute Yearly Marketing Plan - You will be executing the yearly marketing plan with excellence, with a strong focus on omni channel consumer and shopper marketing plans and reviewing its effectiveness (eg. Event marketing, sampling/consumer promotion, guerrilla, influencer marketing etc.). Shape Future Plans - You will be working on shaping future plans for Kellanova's in the Italian Salty Snack category. You will play a role in creating customer amplification plan in store. Data Analysis - You will be managing Sell in/Sell out data analysis for Kellanova and key competitors. Market Share Performance - You will be accountable for market share performance and evaluation of initiatives you are directly responsible for. You will take ownership and manage the below the line budget, reviews investments and ROI to drive continuous improvement. Commercial Initiatives and Launches - You will be directly involved into Commercial Initiatives and new launches management. Stakeholder Communication - You will be the direct point of contact of core brands with internal and external stakeholder; you will work closely and engage the EMEA activation team. We're Looking for Someone With A passion for brands and bringing them to life across Italy. Experience in marketing/activation role, preferably in FMCG. A focus on results with a strong analytical approach. A strategic mindset with the ability to identify future opportunities and influence plans. Fluency in both Italian & English. What's Next
