Reports to Bar Manager.
**Main duties & responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the Bar Manager for the drinks production and service of main bar, achieving and maintaining the brand standards and exceeding Guests expectations. In charge of the Bar Manager duties in his absence;
- Assist the Bar Manager in training, coaching and developing the bar team, maintaining positive working relationships with others;
- Work together with the Bar Manger to create new drinks balancing both creativity and local tradition. Guarantee continuous monitoring of quality with attention to details;
- Compliance with health and safety regulations;
- Close cooperation with the events team providing assistance before and during events;
- Take responsibility for stock control, including ordering, acceptance, maintenance of stock levels and stock rotation;
- Make suggestions to management on initiatives to increase revenues, being aware of the competitors;
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the management.

**Requirements**:
- Professional experience preferably at international level in the same role for minimum of 3/4 years
- Demonstrate a passion for attention to detail and excellence
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Publisher)
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferable evidence of self-development through specialized courses, conferences/workshops;
- Fluent in English and Italian. A third language is preferred (Spanish, French or German);
- Preferred knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards
Preferred knowledge of Silverware
