What you will doAct as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partnersManage information flow in a timely and accurate mannerManage executives' calendars and set up meetingsMake travel and accommodation arrangementsRack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reportsScreen phones, filter requests, prioritize contents in order to maximize productivityDevelop working relationships with the Senior Leadership Team and Executives Assistants to facilitate the information flow and scheduling processMaintain highest levels of internal and external confidentialityWhat you need to succeedBachelor's degree or equivalentProficiency in English and Italian and in a third language (French, Chinese could be a strong plus)Significant previous experience working as an Executive/Personal Assistant, in aiding individuals at Director and/or Senior Manager levelsSolid proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given timeAbility to handle highly sensitive/confidential material and information appropriatelyAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clientsAct as entrepreneur when needed: you're able to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance,You're able to react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, while always taking decisive actionYou're flexible and able to move in complex social contexts, displaying emotional intelligenceYou're able to understand the business impact of your daily jobYou're able to listen actively, displaying humility and an adequate level of assertivenessHaier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
