They create and deliver targeted, integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, paid media and in-person experiences, which broaden our client footprint, deepen relationships with clients, diversify our asset base, and fuel business growth.Role SummaryThis Vice President will play a key role within the Asset Management (AM) Marketing team, leading integrated marketing for our Third-Party Wealth (TPW) client channel across Italy.
The TPW client channel includes discretionary and advisory wealth managers, private banks, and fund platforms.This role will work closely with the global, regional and local Marketing teams, leveraging messaging strategy, content creation, digital marketing, paid media, social media, analytics, and design to create end-to-end campaigns and programs in service of the commercial objectives of the Italy TPW business.Position ResponsibilitiesPlan, develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy for AM's TPW client segment in Italy to fuel local business growth objectives.Ensure the newly created value propositions and messaging pillars are infused through all marketing activities.Partner with AM Marketing colleagues to track, manage and analyse client research to determine how AM is perceived by our TPW audiences in Italy.Augment regionally planned advertising with locally tailored lead nurture and retention campaigns.Partner with Content & Product Marketing to deliver content which supports the TPW marketing and sales plan in Italy.End-to-end reporting and measurement of day-to-day and campaign-related marketing impact, delivering clear Marketing Return on Investment (MROI).Partner with business leads and functional leads within marketing to execute on sponsorship and webinar strategy.Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and procedural guidelines for all marketing communications.Play an active role in the AM Marketing team, especially across the EMEA Field Marketing team.Develop and maintain strong relationships with other AM Marketing colleagues globally and especially throughout Europe.Qualifications6+ years in a similar role within a leading financial institution with an outstanding track record of measurable impacts and achievements.Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.Strong knowledge of the asset management or banking industry.Experience in working with and delivering data heavy collateral.An understanding of all marketing mediums.An understanding of distribution channels and client touchpoints.Interest in investment views and markets with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.Demonstrable track record of working effectively across matrixed organizations.Strong team player, winning through cooperation.Ability to work at varying speeds and under timeframe pressure, while maintaining high standards.Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS); Master's Degree preferred.About Goldman SachsAt Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
