Job Description:
Supporting the Asset Protection & Loss Prevention Manager in the management of Prevention and Protection strategies for the European Retail Market, HQ sites, Sample Central Warehouses and Central Logistic Warehouses; Supporting the Company proposing, reviewing and continuously improving Security & Loss Prevention Procedures and processes; Supporting the Company in risk mitigation processes providing Asset Protection & Security analysis and audit; Procedures implementation, audits and direct inventory management at the Sample Warehouse structures, working closely with Warehouse Managers; Project management of renovations and new buildings as regards the Security systems; Supporting AP & LP Manager participating in the selection process of new potential security vendors and personnel, providing advices and guidance; Analysis and implementation of strategies for the correct management of People Accesses Policies tocompany spaces through Physical Security systems (turnstiles, gates, driveways) and related technologies (badges, video intercom, remote openings ); Constantly reviewing physical security systems by conducting audits and facilitate regular maintenance and troubleshooting; Conducting preliminary analysis and subsequent investigation of thefts, losses and policies violations effectively using resources for data mining, surveillance tools, Osint activity; Requirements:
Experience in security services, asset protection, loss prevention, risk management, inventory control or similar; Knowledge of physical security systems; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision, even with off-site supervision Fluency in Italian, verbal and written Very good English skills, verbal and written (French and / or German to be considered as a plus); Ability to communicate complex topics on different levels; Availability to travel.
