For a client company operating in the real estate sector we are hiring:
Asset ManagerProfile: Monitoring of the various stages of the life cycle of assets, in the different areas of Real Estate, with the goal to maximize the asset value.
Manage the relationship with clients/investors, regularly informing the client of the Business Plan and communicating relevant changes, holding follow-up meetings and being the client's point of contact for any need, internally coordinating the client's requests.
Tasks: Working together with the advisory area, on exploring new and existent market opportunities, also supporting the Real Estate Due Diligence;Responsible for the planning and operation of the real estate activities of the assets under management;Work together with registration and repossession, property management, sales and closing on preparing the assets to enter the market, achieving the business plan goals;Assures that all assets are properly registered in the internal and external systems, that those have the proper valuation and quotation, following the approved sales offer workflow;Prepare and perform internal and external assets reviews;Act as a focal contact point for the client, coordinating internally the delivery of the necessary actions;Report to the clients about the status of the portfolios and the defined business plan, communicating relevant changes;Select brokers, analyze their performance and act when needed.Requirements: 5 or more years in the field of Real Estate, either from the point of view of developers, construction companies, servicers, or banking entities (land management, promotions, etc.)
or in managing clients such as investment funds, banks, developers, etc.Degree in Management, Real Estate or similarEnglish C1High level Office package: especially ExcelCommunication and negotiation skillsPressure managementTeamworkAbility to organize and plan
