Duties/Roles: Uses the ERP (Oracle basis) System to process various transactions.Assists and interacts with the AMSB staff and Warehouse.Inventories, monitors, and oversees all the equipment under his/her responsibility.Coordinates any requirements.Responsible for property accounting/posting control.Takes action in case of deficiencies and equipment damage and initiates discrepancy procedures.Conducts Asset Management Activities/Support throughout NATO and conducts warehouse movement and re-organization activity to support the centralization policy of the Agency.Scans equipment, updates databases, and labels equipment.Willing to manage and handle materials.Some physical work, e.g., moving and lifting of equipment, should be expected.Familiar with handling and safety issues of CIS Assets (equipment).Assists with general cleanliness of all storage areas.Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required: Mandatory: Higher Vocational training in Supply, Logistics, or Warehouse Management with a minimum of 4 years' experience.Experience in Inventorying CIS Equipment for accountability and accuracy.Experience in identification and correction of Asset Management deficiencies.Experience in Stock Management processes.Knowledge and experience using ORACLE database systems.
