We are looking for a highly motivated individual for JPMorgan Asset Management Funds Sales Support team in Milan. The person in this role will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Team and partner with centralized functions to ensure accurate and on-time execution of client requests and business priorities and projects. Job Description
Analysis of Funds Sales and business performance (including sales, revenues, and market data analysis)
Preparation of periodic and ad hoc business performance presentations/reviews - MIS, Net Sales analysis on product and clients/sales allocation monitoring;
Oversight of business risks and perform effective controls across business activity to ensure compliance with corporate-wide objectives and policies;
Co-ordinate and monitor Client Advisor Presentation workflow (data update, translation, and compliance sign-off);
Co-ordinate all aspects of Client Reporting (Solvency II, PRIIPS, MiFid II, etc.)/ad hoc requests with internal and external stakeholders (Insurance, Institutional Clients & Asset Managers, Advisory Desks) and related business projects;
Develop strong Client relationships to offer business solutions and comprehensive support to internal and external stakeholders.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Advanced knowledge of the Italian retail Investors market and its dynamics
Advanced understanding of Luxembourg fund ranges and Italian Fund industry
Graduate degree in Economics/Finance
Significant experience in a similar role
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM tools)
Language: Italian (mother tongue), English (fluent in writing and speaking)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong control & oversight attitude
