**About You**:
As the Asset Leader in our Romagnano Mill in Romagnano Sesia (NO), you will be the technical expert providing support and coordinating the whole team of the Converting asset (reparto).
You will report to the Operations Manager of the Mill.
**YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Improving production operations, finding solutions to technical problems and developing professional skills of the operators within the reference line (Asset).
- Defining the technical part of the operating standards and verifying their effectiveness in view of the operators' continuous improvement.
- Participating in activities to improve the performance of the production assets by sharing the KPIs and settings of the production cycle.
- Leading improvement and innovation projects.
- Collaborating with the Team Leader to keep the matrix of technical and operational skills up-to-date.
- Support operators in safety checks, respecting the required frequency, and in managing and optimizing the format changes.
- Organizing and guiding the operational activities to be carried out during the Total Productive Maintenance.
**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Diploma / degree in the technical field
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of safety behavioral rules and ability to reinforce them in a mill environment
- Knowledge of the procedures and ISO 9001 standard
- Basic knowledge of the LEAN philosophy and its principles / tools ; preferable knowledge of software such as PIMS, OCME, Microsoft Office Applications, QAS (insertion / management of reports)
