In this pivotal role, you will oversee all packaging operations within a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and safety are met. You will manage a dynamic team of 8-9 packaging operators, drive process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support their cutting-edge production goals. Your goal will be to prioritize production schedules to align with the sales pipeline. Responsibilities Oversee packaging operations to meet production goalsEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsSupervise and train packaging operatorsCoordinate with production and quality control teamsImplement and optimize packaging processesMaintain equipment and troubleshoot issuesPrepare and present reports on packaging performanceCollaborate with FAB partner for raw material procurementPrioritize production schedules based on the sales pipeline Qualifications 5+ years of packaging/assembly operator or technician experience required3+ years of High-tech manufacturing (Aerospace/semiconductors/medical) experience requiredPackaging/assembly materials like epoxies, solders, and packages knowledge requiredKnowledge of packaging/assembly processes and associated machines requiredStrong leadership skills required
