ASPP/EHS Specialist Location: Pisa
Responsibilities: Support the EHS team in the development of routine and non-routine activities, particularly regarding:Compliance with regulations primarily related to D.Lgs. 81/08 and D.Lgs. 152/2006.Integrated management system for health, safety, and environment.In detail: Management of personnel obligations (deadlines, management of PPE delivery, health surveillance).Management of training schedules, organization of courses, archiving certificates.Delivery of internal EHS training.Regarding Article 26 D.Lgs 81/08: updating DUVRI, managing the technical-professional evaluation of companies.Management of EHS documentation and compliance obligations (e.g., fire checks, AED, safety lines, PPE category III, etc.).Management of the Near Miss and Observations registration and reporting system.Updating departmental SOPs on new compliance obligations or Global requirements.Conducting Gemba and EHS inspections to ensure that all safety measures are applied and functioning correctly, proposing necessary improvement actions and defining the related CAPA (corrective and preventive actions) to be implemented on site.Collaboration in defining and planning actions for maintaining certification according to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.Dimensions and Aspects: Master's Degree in Technical Scientific Disciplines (preferred: engineering, prevention techniques).Preferred training course as ASPP or RSPP.Work experience in managing and controlling EHS aspects and issues.Knowledge of EHS regulations and ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 19011 standards.Ability to build structures and processes that reduce excess/complexity.Promotes Continuous Improvement activities for optimization and time management.Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to changing situations.Commits to meeting people, understanding different perspectives, and collaborating effectively.Proactivity and excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Teamwork attitude.Excellent knowledge of the Office suite.Fair knowledge of IT systems.Fair written and spoken knowledge of English.More about us: At Takeda, we are transforming patient care through the development of novel specialty pharmaceuticals and best-in-class patient support programs.
