As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be involved in qualifying leads from online sources and developing revenue using Arrows online ordering systems.What youll be doingManage relationship with assigned customers, by providing excellent service and supportWorking with internal and external resources, provide customer service often facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, ensuring on-time delivery of orders,Working between suppliers and customers to build and establish long-term business partnerships for Arrow.Manage leads by making outbound calls to determine qualification for salesMeet daily and monthly customer contact goalsGain new customers and re-engage existing accounts that might be dormantSell and drive Solutions Selling within the approved account level strategy.
Requires knowledge of competitive landscape in the market and the ability to make sales decisions based on that information.Document and manage customer activity in SalesforceAchieve monthly sales quotes, using Arrowsonline ordering systemsWho you areYou like sales and already have at least 3 years of successful experience in this areaYou will need fluent English and ItalianYou communicate clearly.
You are comfortable communicating in writing and on the phoneYou have a College degree or high school diploma with equivalent work experienceYou are a proficient user of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Salesforce or other Sales-related software would be a plus.Adaptability, resourcefulness, problem solving and multi-tasking capabilities are your advantagesYou like helping clients.
