What you will do - Act as a business partner and expert on all recruitment processes and strategies for Southern Europe - Act as an Employer brand Champion attracting top-class talent and influencing hiring trends, implementing best practice to activate our new EVP - Create initiatives to support volume hiring such as; Pipelining, Career Fairs, EVP activation, - Collaborate with HR to establish and implement relevant processes and interventions - Identify & maintain relationships with external partners; Education, Industry, LVMH group to attract diverse talent - Champion all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communications) - Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire - Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g.
