What you will do Act as a business partner and expert on all recruitment processes and strategies for Southern Europe Act as an Employer brand Champion attracting top-class talent and influencing hiring trends, implementing best practice to activate our new EVP Create initiatives to support volume hiring such as; Pipelining, Career Fairs, EVP activation, Collaborate with HR to establish and implement relevant processes and interventions Identify & maintain relationships with external partners; Education, Industry, LVMH group to attract diverse talent Champion all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communications) Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g.
