Area Service Manager- Southern Italy

Tasks and Responsibilities:Stimulating the dealer network to understand, adopt and realize Kubota's strategies for after sales service;Handling technical inquiries and supporting Italian dealers service staff on Construction Machinery product range;Acting as an interface between the dealers and factories;Visiting assigned dealers on a regular basis to share skills and to support local service staff, if necessary, also directly on the field;Collecting problem reports related to our products and preparing relevant statistics to share internally and to submit to factories with the main objective to improve Kubota's products quality and reliability;Exchanging on a daily basis with other service members, sharing abilities and field experiences.Requirements:Strong knowledge and experience in Electric and Hydraulic; preferred experience related to earth moving machinery;Previous experience in a similar role;Experience in dealer support/management;Fluency in Italian and English is required;Proficiency with MS Office package;Strong communication and decision-making skills;Teamwork attitude;Ability to share knowledge and skills; previous experience in conducting trainings would be an asset;Willingness to travel (Italy and Europe), even for longer periods of time.
