Global Water Solutions has a vacancy for an Area Sales Manager for our Italian subsidiary based in Rubiera. GWS is one of the world's largest pressure tank and water treatment product manufacturers. Your Responsibilities: Mainly responsible for the Northern regions of Italy, the job responsibilities will be as follows but not limited to:
Liaising with current customers and regional multi-agencies to increase sales prospects; Understanding and being very close to our Wholesalers to ensure any new projects include the GWS offering – please note the resource supports and stimulates the existing sales network, made up of multi-firm agents, planning and visiting customers with them on a daily basis; Analyze the monthly sales figures to ensure quarterly and annual targets are being met; Extensive travel in the region with our independent regional Sales Reps; Day-to-day sales management; Research on the markets of the territory; Attend and organize trade shows, presentations and product trainings with customers; Overall help to effectively grow sales and product recognition in the territory. Your Attributes: Proficient in English is a must as well as Microsoft Office 365; Previous experience in a similar position desirable; Previous experience in the ITS retail/wholesaler sales channel is desirable; Knowledge of the Plumbing, Heating and HVAC industry; Organization and Negotiation skills; Strong presentation and communication skills; Hands-on mentality; Willingness for extensive travel; Technical understanding desirable; Clean driving license.
