At ROVI Biotech SRL, we are searching for an Area Sales Manager to cover the areas of Abruzzo, Puglia, Sicilia, Campania & Calabria. The Area Manager's main responsibilities will be:
To achieve the annual sales objectives of the area for which he/she is responsible as well as the metrics of all the members of the team.Establish a solid relationship with key opinion leaders and customers and establish action plans and partnerships following the ethical standards and compliance rules of the company, having as focus ROVI's marketing model.Manage the material resources/budgets assigned for the execution of commercial actions.Coordinate with HQ, Business Unit Director and Medical team the market access of OKEDI in the Italian hospitals of his/her region.Plan, carry out and follow up on customer plans cycle by cycle in accordance with the general strategy of the business unit and the company's compliance rules, always focused on covering the objectives and expectations of the area and customers. Supervise and coordinate their execution by the team of sales representatives in charge.Communicate the purpose and fundamentals on which the new marketing model is based (value selling model); ensuring its implementation, monitoring and application.Coordinate and ensure that the team members regularly and adequately update the medical file.To guarantee a correct and deep scientific knowledge of the pathology, product, and market competence.Maintain fluid and regular communication with the sales force trainer/Medical Manager to ensure the appropriate level of training required of him/her and his/her team.Coordinate and ensure the participation of the team members in the different courses and training activities to achieve an optimum level of technical training and 'Engage' skills, territory management, time planning, priority assignment, etc.To ensure that the team complies with all the phases of the commercial process, through a continuous improvement intervention and the accompaniment of the sales representative, respecting the fundamental behaviours of ROVI and the ethical code.To guarantee the adequate management and performance of the corporate tools, as well as the promotional material, as fundamental elements for carrying out their work.IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT University degree is essential.Pharmacy or Medical qualifications are essential.Postgraduate training in Commercial Management will be valued.Experience & Competence Pharmaceutical Industry (7 years).At least 3 years' experience as Area Sales Manager in innovative pharmaceuticals companies promoting products to hospital Psychiatrists.Proficiency in Italian and English.Good understanding of mental illness field.Good understanding of the pharmaceutical antipsychotics sector.A proven history of delivering sales results and hitting over-achieving targets.A quantifiable experience & understanding of the mental health stakeholders and policies.Experience of Key Opinion Leader interaction/influence.Experience in launches and pre-launches will be valued as a plus.What we offer: Permanent position in a steadily growing company.A comfortable and loyal teamwork environment.An attractive salary.
