Experience and Requirements Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in the role of Proposal Specialist or Jr Proposal Manager or Jr Project Engineer, in large scale infrastructural and building projects , at both national Management Skills: Skills in managing proposals and bids, including collaborating with multidisciplinary teams involved in preparing technical and commercial proposals Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Italian, English, and preferably French), with particular attention to detail and proposal presentation Interpersonal Relationships: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, as well as collaborate effectively with various company functions involved in the proposal process Willingness to undertake a growth path in the development of public and private commercial proposals.
