The Area Manager Jewellery is responsible for leading and developing the Guess Jewellery business within the designated areas. The role will ensure consistent and profitable growth in sales through positive planning and active management of the client.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIESGuarantee that sales goals are reached on a monthly basis, achieving the target of the seasonal selling campaign and ensuring in-season reorders.Monitor constantly the commercial KPIs (cancellations, reorders, contributions) and intervene in case of sales drops.Create a concrete plan to achieve sales goals while maintaining profit margins.Develop new sales opportunities through initiatives based on customer needs and trends.Analyze sales data for the preparation of the seasonal budget.Analyze the seasonal sell-through with consequent replenishment programs.Train, motivate and drive the Agents and Distributors in order to ensure the achievement of the commercial goals.Update sales figures and monitor the seasonal target constantly.Forecast sales trends and closing estimates for the season.Oversee and direct clients' activities, maintaining close communications and relationships in the designated areas.Monitor the execution of the clients regarding marketing, merchandising presentation and channel development.Promote and implement monobrand shop-in-shop and corners.Coordinate and monitor contractual/legal issues with the clients.Ensure that Trade Marketing activities will be correctly executed during the sales campaign, in accordance with Guidelines and Policies.Work closely and drive customer service to guarantee the proper follow-up to requests, satisfying the clients' demands and expectations.Interact with colleagues of other functions/business units in order to create synergies and to avoid overlapping actions.Coordinate with marketing and VM teams.RequirementsExperience: at least 3 years' experience in a similar field.Education: University Degree.Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English is mandatory.Any other European language is considered a plus.PC Skills: expert in Excel, experience in using planning and analytical systems.Proactively works toward set goals and has a problem-solving mindset.Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines.Team player, dynamic personality, fast thinker, positive attitude and sense of urgency.Open-minded and excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group at all levels.Availability to travel.Don't miss your chance to join a progressive and sustainable global company, which is constantly looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow in a competitive and tough market.
