**Business Unit Manager**
Leading a business unit, directly reporting to the Executive Board, the focus is in expanding Mia-Platform effectiveness through the assigned customers and prospects.
**The role**
The BU Manager is responsible for a dedicated customer unit.
Managing this business area means defining and leading an annual Profit & Loss plan considering:
- Successful customer management: extending or renewing current licenses, advising customers on strategic digital transformation projects, and upskilling partners thanks to Mia's Academy.
- With the agile approach, we deliver complex and high-quality projects to customers who adopted our Platform or evolved their IT capabilities thanks to our technology.
- Partner with the Delivery Manager to deal with tech roles, and understand our Product roadmap and needs.
- Consult R&D to share customers' feedback and improve the product experience.
- Guide and support the team's growth and address their needs and expectations.
This managerial role collaborates closely with sales and solution architects.
S/he is an ambassador of both the product's vision and the company's culture.
- 8+ years of experience in delivering and implementing tech solutions
- Knowledge of the agile methodology is a strong plus
- Good understanding of microservices, API, and cloud-native environments
