Job Description As Area Channel Sales Executive dedicated to a specific geographical area (Balkan countries, Greece and other eastern countries), your main objective will be to develop VusionGroup's sales within the assigned territory.
As a consequence, your main responsibilities will be to: Define strategy and market potential for each country of the area Recruit, train and monitor the activity of partners in order to achieve sales goals on your perimeter Actively participate in answers to tenders and develop commercial proposals in close collaboration with internal departments Develop good relationships within the retail industry, at the highest level Participate in client events or trade shows Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline 4/5 years of experience in a similar position Proven track record in attaining/exceeding sales goals Knowledge of the retail industry is an asset Ability to effectively drive sales partners Ability to understand clients' needs and add value High level of personal drive and proactive work methods Good negotiation skills Ability to prioritize strategic tasks Fluent English level, another language is a plus Additional Information We innovate.
