Job Description
As Area Channel Sales Executive dedicated to a specific geographical area (Balkan countries, Greece and other eastern countries), your main objective will be to develop VusionGroup's sales within the assigned territory. As a consequence, your main responsibilities will be to:
Define strategy and market potential for each country of the area Recruit, train and monitor the activity of partners in order to achieve sales goals on your perimeter Actively participae in answers to tenders and develop commercial proposals in close collaboration with internals departmentsDevelop good relationships within the retail industry, at the highest levelParticipate in client events or trade shows
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline4/5 years of experience in a similar position Proven track record in attaining/exceeding sales goalsKnowledge of the retail industry is an assetAbility to effectively drive sales partners Ability to understand clients needs and add valueHigh level of personal drive and proactive work methodsGood negotiation skillsAbility to prioritize strategic tasksFluent english level, another language is a plus
