**Responsibilities**:
Assistance with presentations and brochures;
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable;
Client liaison and issuing of correspondence in English;
Monitoring of all projects progress and process billing accordingly autonomously and in contact with Partners, Directors and Project Managers;
Assistance with presentations and brochures;
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable;
Updating of project library;
Taking minutes and circulating notes;
Coordination with MTP overseas offices (Munich);
Assistance with onboarding of new resources.
Skills required:
Outstanding communication skills are essential.
The role requires to be in close contact with the designers and the management and would suit an outgoing and confident individual, able to think ahead and work on their own initiative.
At least three years' experience in a similar role.
Education: University degree preferred (Accounting, Finance or relevant)
Familiarity with financial accounting statements
Advanced MS Excel skills
Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting.
Languages:
Fluency in English and Italian essential.
German will be considered an advantage.
IT
Advanced Word / PowerPoint / Excel
Familiarity with management systems (BQE Core, Archioffce, Deltek, SAP,..)Training will be provided but general knowledge of these systems is essential.
Working knowledge of InDesign an advantage.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
Stipendio: €25.000,00 - €40.000,00 all'anno
