Participate in pre-sales and business development actively seeking new opportunities. Lead sound agile product management/ownership aspects and tasks such as vision, inception, product strategy, release plan, backlog management, agile requirements, life cycle management, and change management. Serve as client advocate, providing expertise to technical and business audiences to help resolve client or team issues as well as highlighting risks. Coach and mentor team members, providing follow-up and feedback. Lead thought leadership exercises and suggest opportunities for improvement. What will help you succeed: Advanced English skills. Proven hands-on Software Development experience working with the latest versions of Java as the main programming language and familiarity using functionalities like Lambdas and Java Streams. Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. Knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate, MyBatis). Experience in developing applications using at least one popular framework (Spring, Hibernate, Play, JSF,). Preferable knowledge of AWS. Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. Familiarity with build tools such as Maven and Gradle. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery development processes using tools like Jenkins or Bamboo.
