Key Performance Areas: Developing and communicating the architectural vision and strategy aligned with the brand strategy and CIM in cooperation with Marketing Seniors and Marketing Director.
Leading a team of architects, and providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful execution.
Establishing and enforcing architectural standards, policies, and best practices to maintain consistency, quality, and compliance across projects.
Designing and leading the architecture's designers teams for the implementation of every product.
Analyzing the available space and creating efficient and functional layouts that meet the needs and requirements.
Creating mood boards, presentations, sketches, and renderings to communicate ideas effectively.
Managing all implementations and installations by the architectural team.
Overseeing all maintenance requirements with a detailed eye.
Core Competency Framework: Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
Depth of understanding operations specifically concerning the design and planning of new project sites.
Intimate knowledge of construction means and methods to properly design, value engineer, and manage the construction process.
Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural planning and design on luxury-level projects, with experience in the execution of commercial projects.
Computer skills must include 3DS Max (V-Ray), AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
Experience in resourcing, selecting, and coordinating with multiple teams for the design and construction of high-end retail shop projects.
Proficient in spoken and written English; Arabic is required.
