Step into the future with Zuru Tech, where technology and creativity intertwine to reshape the construction industry worldwide.Welcome to the future!What You Will Do:Support the product delivery roadmap of our BIM Software with a focus on Architectural Features;Understand the Requirements retrieving all the relevant information from different teams (Committer, Product Owners, UX/UI, Developers, QA);Perform incremental testing of CAD/BIM Software Modules with focus to Architectural Engineering;Perform Technical documentation and Bug assessment;Assess the Bugs severity;Have historical memory of the features implemented and log regressions;Help to define the Non-Functional Requirements;Perform Integration/System Testing, by collaborating with other QA members.Sounds Nice?
Check the following requirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture/Architectural engineering/IT;Good Knowledge about main software CAD/BIM (Archicad, Revit);Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable working with multiple disciplines.Nice To Have:Max 2-3 years of experience in Software QA/QC;Basic Knowledge of Quality Assurance theory: principles, methodologies, and techniques;Experience with Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);An understanding of Development/DevOps software such as GitHub/Gitlab;Knowledge of at least one Collaborative Revision System such as GitHub/Gitlab;Basic knowledge about Project Management principles.Relevant soft skills for this role:Open to learning things he/she has never seen before;Passion for technology;Historical/photographic memory to recall the features implemented in our product;Proactive, self-starter skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively;Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment;A high degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability;Outstanding written and verbal communication; must be a clear, concise, persuasive communicator;Aligned with our ZURU DNA: Collaboration, Overprepare and Win, Good Humans only, Shift the Needle, Compounding Improvement and Radical candor.Salary: €26,000 - €32,000 a yearWhat we offer:Flex Time: you can decide when to come and go to work from 6am to 10pm.
