Join us as we are an Investors in People Silver Standard Company We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Arborist Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As a Team Leader, you will manage a team of skilled arborists ensuring the delivery of high-quality arboriculture services across various projects.

Your role will involve overseeing tree care operations, ensuring safety standards are met, and driving continuous improvement within your team.

Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of arborists to ensure consistent high performance and adherence to best practices. Oversee and participate in tree surgery operations including felling, pruning, and planting in accordance with industry standards and client requirements. Ensure all team members adhere to health and safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Coordinate daily work schedules, manage resources, and ensure timely completion of projects to the highest standards. Maintain strong client relationships by delivering excellent service and effectively communicating project progress and outcomes. Identify opportunities for improving team efficiency and performance and contribute to the development of processes and procedures. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a senior arborist role with proven experience leading a team. Relevant NPTC / LANTRA certificates (e.g. CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39) and a full UK driving licence. Strong understanding of arboriculture practices, tree health and safety assessments, and relevant legislation. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team in a high-pressure environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
