Keywords Studios Italy, a Keywords Group company, provides international media localization, translation, voice recording, localization testing and international content creation services through its network of project managers, recording studios, and selected linguists around the world.Role OverviewThe AR Accountant will be included in the central multi-lingual accounting team operating from Milan and supporting subsidiaries in different countries, acting as AR accountant.The role requires flexibility and capacity for relationship with different departments, such as Sales in multiple countries.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be mainly responsible for customer invoicing and will take care, among other activities, of:Invoicing for domestic and non-domestic customersI/co rebilling for Keywords subsidiariesCredit collectionMonthly close process and month end reconciliationsRequirementsTechnical SkillsDiploma in accounting and/or degree in economicsAt least 5/10 years of proven working experience in AccountingKnowledge of general ledgerKnowledge of VAT rules and tax obligations relating to invoicingGood MS Excel skills and in general good IT systems skillsFluent in English (C1/C2)Knowledge of Netsuite is a plusBehavioural SkillsOrganized and results drivenStrong team player and problem solverPassionate and proactive #J-18808-Ljbffr
